Decatur ~ Allan Wayne Sanders, 48, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, June 20, 2017 in Decatur.

Funeral is 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 23, 2017 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel Decatur. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Rev. David Kelly will officiate.

Allen was born on October 13, 1968 to Earl and Lillian (Tramel) Sanders in Fort Worth, Texas. He was united in marriage to Linda Flores on August 13, 2012 in Bridgeport. Allen worked as a ranch hand. He served his country in the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Brown.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Linda Flores-Sanders of Decatur; his daughter, Lacey Brown and husband Colby of Alvord; his son, Cody Brown of Denton; his grandchildren, Maddox Wright, and Mason Brown; his mother, Lillian Sanders of Denison; his brother, Josh Sanders and wife Natasha of San Angelo; his mother in law, Ina Flores and father in law Joe Flores; his father, Earl Sanders and wife Janice of Paradise; his sister in law, JoAnna Bogle and brother in law, Steve Bogle of Decatur;  numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
