Clara (Brown) Tingle

Burleson ~ Clara Brown Tingle, 97, went to be with our Lord Monday, June 19, 2017 in Burleson.

Graveside service is 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 23, 2017 at Cottondale Cemetery. 

Barry Swindall will be officiating.

Clara was born December 22, 1919 to Thomas and Annie (Porter) Brown in Garvin, Texas.  She was united in marriage to James Y. Tingle on August 5, 1954 in Dallas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 27 years; her brothers, Oswell, Porter, Morton, and Forrest Brown; her sisters, Nettie Morton and Virginia Brown.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Kathy Swindall and husband Barry of Burleson; her grandchildren, Damon Swindall and Keegan Blackstock and husband Zack; her great grandchildren, Cooper and Presley Blackstock; her sister-in-law, Ann Brown; her nephew, James Brown and wife Nell; her nieces, Ann Robinson and husband Richard, Anita St. Clair, and Nancy Baker and husband Buddy; great nieces and nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
