My sincere sympathy to the Hulsey family. I worked with Mr. Hulsey in Malakoff... he was an outstanding down to earth administrator. He was and will be missed. R.I.P. my dear friend.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss! Mr. Hulsey was such a wonderful superintendent. He knew all of our names and didn’t mind pulling up a chair and shooting the breeze with us. He made such a positive impact on Malakoff ISD. We still talk about him on our campus. Heaven definitely called an angel Home.
