Billy loved fishing and dearly loved his family, he enjoyed watching the family as it grew over the years.  Some of his best memories are of the family vacations they all took together. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, cousin, and friend.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 66 years, Betty Jean Wiley of Decatur; his daughters, Rhona Harris and husband Terry of Schertz, Texas, and Glenda Adams and husband Michael of Missouri City, Texas; his grandchildren, April Tobola, Jeremy Rawlings, Alissa Brogdon, and Stephen Rawlings; his 9 great-grandchildren; numerous cousins, and a host of family and friends.
