Victor nació el 13 de Mayo de 1965 de Hermenejildo y María (Auxilio) De León en Las Bocas, Jalisco, México. Se unió en matrimonio con Ofelia Carrillo el 19 de Diciembre de 1990 en México. Víctor era conductor de camiones y miembro de la Iglesia del Templo de Celebración en Decatur. Fue amado esposo, padre, abuelo, hermano, tío y amigo.
Le precedieron en la muerte su madre; Sus abuelos, su hermano, Jorge Antonio de León.
Quienes se quedan para cuidar su memoria son su esposa de 28 años, Ofelia De León de Chico; sus hijas, Lisbeth Rubio y su esposo Ivan de Chico, Cynthia De Leon Huerta y su esposo Luis de Decatur, Cristal De Leon de Chico, y Valerie De Leon de Chico; su hijo, victor de leon:
sus nietos, Evelyn y Erza; su padre, hermenejildo de leon;
sus hermanos, Hermenejildo y su esposa Luz, Cruz y su esposa Flor, Rodolfo y su esposa Elva, Guadalupe y su esposa Francisca, Luis De León y Horacio De León; sus hermanas, Amelia y su esposo Silviano Báez, Gabriela y su esposo Martin Flores, Angélica y su esposo Juan Carlos Báez, y Adriana y su esposo Eduardo Coll; su cuñada, Angélica De León de Chico;

Chico ~ Victor Manuel De Leon, 54 years, went to be with our Lord Thursday, May 16, 2019 in Chico.
Funeral is 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 20, 2019 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport with burial at Pleasant Grove Cemetery #3 in Chico. Family will receive friends from 12-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Pastor Filemon Gallegos will officiate. Pallbearers will include Ivan Rubio, Victor De Leon, Cruz De Leon, Guadalupe De Leon, Gulliermo De Leon, Maurico De Leon, Moises Rodrigues, and Luis Huerta.
Victor was born May 13, 1965, to Hermenejildo and Maria (Auxilio) De Leon in Las Bocas, Jalisco, Mexico. He was united in marriage to Ofelia Carrillo in December 19, 1990 in Mexico. Victor was a truck driver and a member of Templo de Celebracion Church in Decatur. He was beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.
He was preceded in death by his mother; his grandparents, his brother, Jorge Antonio De Leon.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 28 years, Ofelia De Leon of Chico; his daughters, Lisbeth Rubio and husband Ivan of Chico, Cynthia De Leon Huerta and husband Luis of Decatur, Cristal De Leon of Chico, and Valerie De Leon of Chico; his son, Victor De Leon:
his grandchildren, Evelyn and Erza; his father, Hermenejildo De Leon;
his brothers, Hermenejildo and wife Luz, Cruz and wife Flor, Rodolfo and wife Elva, Guadalupe and wife Francisca, Luis De Leon, and Horacio De Leon; his sisters, Amelia and husband Silviano Baez, Gabriela and husband Martin Flores, Angelica and husband Juan Carlos Baez, and Adriana and husband Eduardo Coll; his sister in law, Angelica De Leon of Chico;
numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
