Carl David Tackett

Springtown ~ Carl David Tackett, 60, went to be with our Lord Monday, November 29, 2021 in Springtown.

Funeral is 12 PM Saturday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd with burial in Boyd Cemetery. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Carl was born on March 29, 1961 to John Henry Jackson and Alice Tackett in Bridgeport. He was united in marriage to Paula Graham on February 3, 2003 in Springtown. Carl retired from the City of Fort Worth as a mechanic.  He was a beloved husband, father, uncle, and grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, John Tackett.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Paula Graham-Tackett of Springtown; 3 daughters, Shannell Norris of Springtown, Amanda Graham and husband Cy Chenault of White Settlement, and Nocona Mundy and husband Rainer of Bridgeport; 2 sons, Louie Winters and Carl David Tackett, Jr. of Springtown; 12 grandchildren; 3 sisters, Shirley, Mary, and Wanda; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
