Carol was born on January 16, 1969 in Fort Worth. She was a business analyst in the manufacturing industry for many years. Carol was a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sons, Alex Griffeth and Sarah of Fort Worth and Zachary Griffeth and Kayla Tomes of McKinney; 2 grandchildren, Skyler Beavers and Samantha Walker; other relatives and a host of friends.
