Bridgeport~ Jimmy Wade "Bugs" Mc Daniel, Jr., 53, went to be with Lord on Friday, April 22, 2022 in Fort Worth.
Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport with burial to follow in Jim Ned Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Rev. Fred Raney will officiate. Pallbearers are to include Jessie Smith, J.W. McDaniel, Scotty Cantrell, Ernie Cantrell, Lionel Luster, Kenny Man, Cody Deaton, Brandon Deaton, Clint Davis, Jerry Clyde Stinnett, Dennis McMurry, and Craig "Woody" Wood.
Jimmy was born on March 25, 1969 to Jimmy Wade McDaniel, Sr. and Sharon Deaton. He was a truckdriver and fishing was about his favorite thing to do. Jimmy loved spending his time with Renee, his friends and family, usually fishing or cooking and did so every chance he could. He was a beloved son, husband, father, step-father, brother, uncle, nephew, good friend and more who will be missed beyond words.
He was preceded in death by his mother; and his first wife, Mary Smith.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Renee Escobedo of Bridgeport; his son, J.W. McDaniel III of Bridgeport; his daughter, Bailey Escobedo of Bridgeport; his daughter, Madison McDaniel of Sunset; 3 step-children, Jessie Smith, Sally Smith and Jonathan Smith; his father, Jimmy Wade McDaniel, Sr. and wife Sue of Weatherford; his half-sister, Kathy Wilson of Jacksboro; his half-sister, Christy Womack and husband Ricky of Weatherford; his aunt Virginia McDaniel of Bridgeport; step-dad, Harry Daves of Jacksboro; numerous extended family members and a host of good friends.
