Kelli was born on April 5th, 1983 to Steve and Paula O’Neal in North Richland Hills, Texas. She was a faithful member of Grace Fellowship Church in Paradise where she was involved with the youth group and was a mentor to the ladies in her life group. Kelli truly led by the Lord’s example with a servant’s heart, she will be missed dearly by all that knew and loved her.
