Bridgeport~ Kerrie Lee Van Hoose, 58, went to be with our Lord on Friday, March 26, 2021 in Decatur, Texas.
Graveside Service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at East Bridgeport Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.
Rev. Brandon Blasingame will officiate. Pallbearers are to include Kendell North, Chance Crisp, Ethan Crisp, Billy Hardee, Jonathan Holder, and Garry Andrews. Honorary Pallbearer will be Randy Powell.
Kerrie was born on February 12, 1963 to Marvin Lee and Frankie Ann (Read) Van Hoose in Bridgeport. She worked at Decatur Medical Lodge, and was an avid seamstress and gardener throughout her life. Kerrie attended Pleasant Grove Cowboy Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Joe Andrews and wife Melissa of Boyd; daughters, Cheryl Hughes of Runaway Bay, and Tanya Prince and husband Justin of Chico; step-son, Billy Martin, Jr. and wife Jacque of Chico; father of her children, Billy E. Martin of Bridgeport; grandchildren, Aspen Andrews, McKayla Andrews, Rylan Gober, Cannon Andrews, Aiden Martin, McKinsley Hughes, Blakely Prince, Trinity Martin, Seth Martin, and Isaac Martin; sister, Thresia Crisp and husband Henry of Decatur; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins and a host of friends.
