Decatur ~ Robert Kyle Oney, 31, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, August 22, 2023.

Funeral is 2 p.m. Saturday, August 26, 2023 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur with burial at Greenwood Cemetery.

Tracy Epting will officiate.

Robert was born March 29, 1992 to Robert Dean and Theresa Jewel (Beckham) Oney in Dallas, Texas. He was a maintenance worker for many years. Robert was a beloved son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew and friend to many who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Royce Beckham

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his mother and father, Robert and Tracy Oney of Decatur; his brothers, Clint Slayton of Carrolton, and Kevin Oney of Wichita Falls; his grandparents, Robert and Marjorie Oney of Blue Grove, Texas and Adele Beckham of Decatur; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and a host of friends.
