Aurora ~ Ronnie Virgil Allcorn, 70, went to be with our Lord Friday, September 8, 2023 in Decatur, Texas

Funeral is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur with burial at Aurora Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Philip Weitner will officiate. Pallbearers include Rob Harris, Johnny Williams, Jim Tedrow, Minor Hopkins, Don Lamance, and Chico Enriquez.

Ronnie was born January 28, 1953 to Orville Joe and Reba Estellene (Davidson) Allcorn in Decatur, Texas. He was united in marriage May 1, 1981 to Eunice Mae Rogers in Rhome, Texas. Ronnie was retired from Wise County after many years as a city worker. He was a beloved husband, brother, uncle, and friend to many who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Reba Allcorn.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 42 years, Sissy Allcorn of Aurora; 2 brothers, Jimmy Allcorn of Weatherford, and Donald Allcorn and wife Cherry of Byers; his sister-in-law, Marsha Dale; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
