Praying for comfort during this difficult time. Bill holds a special place in my heart. He was the first inspector I met as a new manager of Precision Cuts in Decatur being 20 yrs old and not having a lot of experience his kindness and attention to detail was very refreshing and not at all what I expected with my first inspection. After the first inspection every shop I worked at that he inspected it was like visiting with an old friend. Stacie he was so proud of you and the success of your salon. He was truly one of kind and touched many lives.
